Slms pray hzrt family all well insA. A so called Deeni parents are sending their young baaligh daughter to a kuffaar school and dressed in top and pants and they justify this by saying that many other Muslim girls are dressed like. Want hzrts response which I can forward to this couple. Jzklkhairwslm 

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If the parents of the girl in reference are Deeni consciousness they should know that their baligh daughter is duty bound by Shariah to observe hijab and conceal the form and shape of her body, let aside allowing her to wear pants and tops and that too at school where the environment is infested with boys who are like hawks waiting to fulfil their appetite of carnal desires and rob girls of their honour and chastity.

Consider the following statistics,

Parents ought to be sensitive to the Islamic values of their daughter and they should and should sacrifice everything to ensure their daughter maintains her Islamic values and morals. To send ones daughter to an evil and immoral environment is like placing butter next to fire and expecting the butter not to melt or placing metal next to a magnet and expect it not to react or touching a live wire and expecting not to get shocked.
