Answer :
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh. 1. Iqāmah is only given for obligatory prayers (fardh Salah). Since Duhhhā prayer is a nafl prayer which is prayed individually it does not require an Iqāmah to be called out. 2. If the league setup is such that there is no gambling involved nor is there anything contrary to sharī‘ah (e.g. intermingling of genders, exposing of awrah etc) then it will be permissible for you to play in this tournament. 3. After the obligatory prayers there are many masnūn adhkār, including Tasbīh Fātimi(reciting 33 times Subhān Allāh, 33 times Alhamdulillah and 34 times Allahu Akbar). These are individual acts and not congregational. One should recite their tasbīhāt individually and make their du‘ā’. As long as these acts are not considered to be sunnah, wājib or requirement in dīn they will be permissible even while the Imām makes his Tasbīhāt. We do not understand what you mean by “check our hands”. 4. It is not permissible to combine Dhuhur Salāh and ‘Asr in one time except in the times of Hajj. However due to necessity, you may delay your Dhuhur Salāh to its last time and perform it before its time expires. Thereafter wait a few minutes for ‘Asr time to enter and pray ‘Asr in its time. 5. There is ambiguity in your question. What do you mean by “I stop or I want to start and stop when I feel like”? Please clarify. 6. Yes you may fast on Saturdays and Sundays And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best Mawlana Faisal bin Abdul Hameed
