Wife assumes husband divorced her

Fatwa#: 32167 you asked me to clearfuy the statemsts.. My husband doesnt say anything specific. Very normal conversation takes place like i said while traveling that this place looks like our country and he laughed and said so if you love your country so much you should go to back or go there. on other occasion he was teasing me that he will go enjoy all alone and till that time send me home to my parents, and normal sentences like you can stay here i will go to vacations there.. i asked regarding these staetments that did you mean "THAT" and he replied to tease me yes i meant "THAT" now can you please tell me that when i keep asking him on such stuff that did you mean "That" and he replied in a joke to these statements as yes i meant "That" count as divorce?
please answer as soon as possiblejazaka ALLAH khayrun one more thing is there any hadith that proves the form of implicit divorce beacuse all i have read is realting to explicit statements? jazaka ALLAH

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
You should avoid being suspicion of your husband referring to divorce and stop persisting him on that.
