I would like to know about the explanation of this narration- Rasulullah (SAAWS) said: Whoever lives the life of a Bedouin becomes coarse. And whoever occupies himself with hunting becomes heedless and whoever visits the rulers falls into fitnah.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه و سلم قَالَ : مَنْ سَكَنَ الْبَادِيَةَ جَفَا، وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ الصَّيْدَ غَفَلَ ، وَمَنْ أَتَى السُّلْطَانَ افْتُتِنَ( سنن أبي داود، باب إتباع الصيد)
"Narrated form Ibn 'Abbās from the Prophet Sallallāhu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam that he said, Whoever dwells in the desert (or amongst Bedouins) becomes harsh, whoever hunts becomes heedless, and whoever visits the ruler falls in Fitnah." (Sunanu Abi Dawood, Chapter on Hunting)
Explanation:
"Whoever dwells in the desert becomes harsh": 'Allāmah Khalil Ahmad has commented in his infamous Bazl Al Majhūd (vol.9 pg.639, Dār Al Bashāir), "His character becomes harsh because of infrequently socializing with people, not being able to forbear the difficulties which come from people (by mixing with them), and being aloof from law and order." 'Allāmah Suyūtī comments in Mirqah Al Su'ūd (vol.2 pg.730, Dār ibn Hazm), "He becomes harsh because of infrequently dealing with 'Ulamā."
Whoever hunts becomes heedless: When a person becomes completely occupied in this sport, he becomes heedless of his Salah; this Hadīth does not refer to mere hunting. The Arabic sentence structure lends the same meaning.
Whoever visits the ruler falls in Fitnah: 'Allāmah Gazālī explains in Ihyā 'Uloom Al Dīn (vol.1 pg.83, Dār Al Salām) that naturally a person who associates with rulers will try to appease them in order to take from their wealth. This is particularly very dangerous for 'Ulamā who may forfeit speaking the truth and admonishing the rulers when they go wrong, due to being attracted towards their wealth. Thus, Fitnah refers to preferring the worldly riches over the command of Allāh.
