My friend has divorced his wife with 3 talaq and all 3 in different session.
now, i found him very unhappy. So i have question
1) Is it possible if i make nikah with her wife and he never asked from me anything on this
2) if I can, then is it condition that i had to go through intercourse , can i divorce without intercourse?

We understand from your query that all three talaqs were given separately in 3 different sessions. However, in order for us to issue you a ruling, clarify the following point:
How much time had elapsed between the giving of the first Talaq, the second Talaq and the third Talaq? (For example, 1 day or 1 week or 1 month etc.) Also explain how the Talaqs were revoked.
