Qasar salah Question Detail:
I want to ask a question about Qasar Namaz. I own a house in one state where my wife still lives. I live on weekdays for work in different state ( 350 miles away). I am renting apartment in the other state. I am come back to my family on weekends. My question is, do I need to pray qasar namaz on one of those places? if Yes then which one. Or do I need to pray full on both places.
Answer :
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
You will have to make Qasar when you are at your work place and perform full Salah when you return home.[1]

(2) (الْوَطَنُ الْأَصْلِي يَبْطُلُ بِمِثْلِهِ) إذَا لَمْ يَبْقَ لَهُ بِالْأَوَّلِ أَهْلٌ، فَلَوْ بَقِيَ لَمْ يَبْطُلْ بَلْ يُتِمُّ فِيهِمَا (قَوْلُهُ إذَا لَمْ يَبْقَ لَهُ بِالْأَوَّلِ أَهْلٌ) أَيْ وَإِنْ بَقِيَ لَهُ فِيهِ عَقَارٌ قَالَ فِي النَّهْرِ: وَلَوْ نَقَلَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَتَاعَهُ وَلَهُ دُورٌ فِي الْبَلَدِ لَا تَبْقَى وَطَنًا لَهُ وَقِيلَ تَبْقَى كَذَا فِي الْمُحِيطِ وَغَيْرِهِ.
