Question Detail:

salamaleykum I want to ask, during salat I always get doubt on how much sacda's I done or how many rakats I done or if i said the dua properly or if I said subhana rabial ala properley in sajda. I keep on doing the extra sacda on the end to confirm my salah but i want to get rid of this doubt I always get IT. AN imam gave me a dua and also said to read nas sura a lot. Ive had enough of this doubt after every salat or most salatS especially if I do salah my self I GET DOUBT.

I KNOW ITS FROM SHIATAN BUT SOMETIMES WHEN I SAY TO MY SELF I DON'T CARE I'M NOT REPEATING THE SAME SALAH I FEEL GUILTY WHAT IF I DONE IT WRONG? WHAT IF I DONE IT WRONG? I try to think back into my salah to remember hoe I did it. ITS VERY ANNOYING can you please tell my how to cure this doubt what did our prophet SAW say to do?

In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

If a person experiences doubts in his Salāh as to how many Rakāt he performed and this occurs on a regular basis, there is no need to restart the Salāh.
If you doubt whether you are still in the first or second Rakāt, you should apply your honest discretion. If you are inclined more to one thought over the other (e.g. you feel that you are in the second Rakāt), then you should take it as if you are in that Rakāt (second Rakāt) and complete the Salāh as normal.
(Hāshiyatut tahtāwi alā Marāqil Falāh, Pg.476, Ilmiyyah)[1]
(Ad-Durrul Mukhtār, Vol.2, Pg.93)[2]

(At-Tātārkhāniyyah, Vol.1, Pg745)
If after applying your discretion, you are still not inclined to any one side, you should consider the lesser Rakāt (e.g. if you  are in doubt whether you are in the first or second Rakāt and not inclined more to any of the two, consider yourself in the first Rakāt) and continue your Salāh in the following manner:
After completing that Rakāt (first Rakāt), sit for Tashah-hud because it is possible that it is the second Rakāt. In this manner, you will sit for Tashah-hud in every Rakāt and make Sajdatus Sahw at the end of the Salāh.

(At-Tātārkhāniyyah, Vol.1, Pg745)
(Ad-Durrul Mukhtār, Vol.2, Pg.93)[3]

Similarly, if you have doubts as to how many Sajdahs you made, apply your discretion and take that into consideration.
Increasing your concentration in Salāh will also help you in avoiding unnecessary doubts. We make Dua that Allah Ta’ala cures you from all these doubts occurring. Give charity and make lots of Dua.

And Allāh Ta῾āla Knows Best
Wassalāmu ῾alaykum
