Answer :

Assalāmu `alaikum Warahmatullāhi Wabrakatuh,

It is an established Sunnah to pronounce the Azaan of the Jumuah Khutbah in front of the Khateeb (one delivering the Khutbah - sermon). This has been the accepted practice since the inception of Islam till this day.^[1]
