I have severe case of migraine and every time I go into Sajdah it intensifies. Sometimes I feel it will burst my head. What can I do
Answer :
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh. If you can lower your head to the ground to the extent of a hand-span then you should place some brick or pillow to place your head on during sajdah. The sajdah with indication will not be valid in this case. However, if your condition is more severe than this and you cannot manage to lower your head without worsening the situation then you have three choices. 1 You may choose to stay in Qiyām position and complete your salāh with indications. 2. You may also choose to pray your salāh as you would normally do, but perform your sajdah posture by indication after sitting down. 3. You may also choose to commence the salāh in sitting posture and perform your entire salāh by indication. It is best to opt for the 3rd option.
