As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
We have not come across Durood Naariyyah in any authentic source.
There are many well established Durood (Salaat and Salaam upon Rasulullah salallahu alayhi wasallam), mentioned in the Ahadith. Hadhrat Sheikh Zakariyyah rahimahullah has compiled 40 Durood from Ahadith, which may be found at http://veiledgems.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/40_durood_with_meaning__transliteration.pdf
