Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

We make dua' that Allah alleviate your pain and restore your health. Ameen.

If a believer is afflicted with pain or disease,  it does not necessarily mean that he or she is being punished for their sins. This world is a place of trial, and Allah decides how to test us, whether with wealth or poverty, sickness or health. Nothing happens in this world without a reason. There are always an underlying wisdom even if we cannot understand it. So be optimistic about your condition and hope for the best.

You have mentioned that you have committed a lot of sins and did not pray and that when you were afflicted with this pain your turned to Allah. This is a great first step on your part. Continue to come closer to Allah by engaging in good deeds and leaving bad deeds. Become regular in Salah, adorn yourself with the beauty of hijab, and fulfill all your obligations to Allah and to those who have a right on you such as your parents and siblings. The closer your come towards Allah and purify your life, the more likely your dua is to be accepted by Allah, Insha-Allah.

In addition, continue to seek the best options for treatment. Consult with your family and inquire about a specialist physician who can diagnose your condition and offer solutions through treatment or therapy.

Insha-Allah by making dua, doing good deeds and leaving bad ones, you will feel much better and optimistic. Allah will put contentment in your heart and you will realize your dreams of becoming a doctor.
