In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh In principle, it is the duty of a husband to provide shelter for his wife where she will have her privacy. In the absence of the husband, If she frights to stay with her father in law and brother in law then she may demand a separate place (i.e. a separate room, washroom and a kitchen). It will be compulsory upon the husband to provide her these facilities where she will be comfortable. For now she may stay with her parents until he provides appropriate arrangements.
