asalamualaikum, mufti i have wasted this blessings of ramadhan by leaving 2 farz fajr salat.... in order to repent i drew some chits as how much money i must pay to get rid of sin .the money was 1000 rs. after few days i lied in month ramadhan.i dont even cry for it.how to get rid of evil tongue? due u think i must pray on layl qadr ,will i be forgiven ? what qualities should be there in person to preach islam? i saw in dream before ramazan i man was seleting ppl for preaching islam.when he looked at me i kept my head down to refuse.after that when i looked at his face he turned away in anger. u see iam liar,missed salah in fajr, in ramazan shall i do taigh? i read hadis in its meaning is :-those ppl who order others forbiiding evil and enjoining good will be in hell,other ppl in hell will be suprised......

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh
 
Make sincere repentance and perform your qadha salah. Allah jalla jalāluhu loves those who repent from their sins . Such a person becomes as pure from sins as if he never committed sin.
Allah jalla jalāluhu says, Verily, Allah love those who repents (Al Qur’an)
In one hadith Nabi kareem sallallāhu ῾alayhi wasallam mentioned that if a person were to sin so much that it fills the space between the earth and the sky, and thereafter repents then Allah jalla jalāluhu will most certainly forgive him.
Make excessive Ibadah in the last ten days of Ramadhan to compensate for your mistakes. Do not despair due to your dream.  However, while you try to rectify your shortcoming, this should not stop you from tabligh. You can preach islam under the guidance of Ulama’. While you do your tabligh, make it a habit to make constant istighfaar for your sins everyday.
Those who preach good but fail to practice themselves will be punished on the day of judgment. Therefore, one should practice and preach good in order to attain the help and bounties of Allah jalla jalāluhu.
