Answer :

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
It is makrooh (disliked) to face the feet towards the qiblah when sleeping and in other situations, sitting etc.
وَيُكْرَهُ مَدُّ الرِّجْلَيْنِ إلَى الْكَعْبَةِ فِي النَّوْمِ وَغَيْرِهِ عَمْدًا ، وَكَذَلِكَ إلَى كُتُبِ الشَّرِيعَةِ ، وَكَذَلِكَ فِي حَالِ مُوَاقَعَةِ الْأَهْلِ ، كَذَا فِي مُحِيطِ السَّرَخْسِيِّ
[Al Fataawa Al Hindiya V 5 PG 319 Rasheediya]
The changing of the diaper does not invalidate wuzu.
فصل في نواقض الوضوء ينقض الوضوء اثنا عشرة شيئا ما خرج من السبيلين إلا ريح القبل في الأصح وينقضه ولادة من غير رؤية دم ونجاسة سائلة من غيرهما كدم وقيح وقيء طعام أو ماء أو علق أو مرة إذا ملأ الفم وهو ما لا ينطبق عليه الفم إلا بتكلف على الأصح ويجمع متفرق القيء إذا اتحد سببه ودم غلب على البزاق أو ساواه ونوم لم تتمكن فيه المقعدة من الأرض وارتفاع مقعدة نائم قبل انتباهه وإن لم يسقط في الظاهر وإغماء وجنون وسكر وقهقهة بالغ يقظان في صلاة ذات ركوع وسجود ولو تعمد الخروج بها من الصلاة ومس فرج بذكر منتصب بلا حائل فصل فيما لا ينقض الوضوء عشرة أشياء لا تنقض الوضوء ظهور دم لم يسل عن محله وسقوط لحم من غير سيلان دم كالعرق المدنى الذي يقال له رشته وخروج دودة من جرح وإذن وأنف ومس ذكر ومس امرأة وقيء لا يملا الفم وقيء بلغم ولو كثيرا وتمايل نائم احتمل زوال مقعدته ونوم متمكن ولو مستندا الى شيء لو أزيل سقط على الظاهر فيهما ونوم مصل ولو راكعا أو ساجدا على جهة السنة والله الموفق
