Sir i have a girl friend she is 18 years old and i am 19 years old we both are planning to do nikah. her parents and my parents are not aware of this. she lives in spain and i live in dubai and are planning to do nikah on phone. so how can i do nikah on phone with her and what are the dos and donts. and what should i do do that this nikah is legal and accepted in islam.
one more q is that in nikah there is a certain dua so can any of my friend can read that dua and perform the nikah because overhere e dont have maulanaz if i have to do nikah i will have to go to court and i dont want to do it..
what should be the requirments of this nikah on phone and i have only 1 friend of mine who lives in spain so who will be the witness and the paper work should be in what manner as we are not doing it legally we just want our minds to be satidfied that we are married so tell me about the paper work and how to do nikah.

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
According to the Hanafi mazhab, it is permissible for an adult, male or female, to marry without the consent and representation of the guardian (Wali).  However, we discourage marrying secretly and concealing the marriage, especially from ones parents. We suggest you advise the girl that a boyfriend girlfriend relationship is haram (Strictly prohibited) in Islam. She should discuss the issue with her parents and decide with their advice and consultation. Furthermore, both of you are living in different countries. What is the point of getting married now when a woman is abroad?
Nevertheless, Nikah by telephone is not valid.
