Can I marry my aunt who has a different mother?

Salam alaikum
i have a marriage questions ive checked the oned you have but they still havent answered my question i am from united arab emirates and we have much for marrying family but i would like to know if it allowed to marry a step aunt? which would be my mothers sister but from another mother?

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
No, you cannot marry your aunt who has the same father as your own mother. You are a  mahram to her. [i] [ii] [iii]

 سواء كن لأب وأم أو لأب أو لأم لإطلاق اسم الأخت والعمة والخالة
