my question is that i got married secretly withouit the knowledg of my parents. At the time of nikah i was under impression dat my wife had passed her iddat but since then i have found out that she had not.

my question is that i got married secretly withouit the knowledg of my parents. At the time of nikah i was under impression dat my wife had passed her iddat but since then i have found out that she had not.

She was divorced for thew 3rd time on 4 April an we married on 29 April.
the previous 2 times that divorced was issued her husband took her back.

Once my family found out they put a lot of pressure on me to divorce her. it was very stressful pressure ie mental pressure an physical pressure. so i said divorce after a week of torment. i said divorce 3 times and family wasnt happy they also made me write it
my question is did my nikah take place?
if it did then is my divorce valid?
if it didnt then can there be a divorce if there is no nikah?

No, your nikah did not take place.
(Badāius Sanā’i’ Vol.2, Pg. 549, Dārul Kitāb - Deoband) ^[1]
Consequently, since there was no valid nikah, the divorces issued by you are also void.
