Is Zeromortgage approved by Mufti Ebrahim Desai?

Assalam u alekum,
 
I have a question if Zeromortgage is approved by Mufti desai or not,.  Last time someone asked it and it says
you have not seen the contract, whereas Zeromortgage has already started marketing with Mufti Desai as Shariah Advisor on their website.
 
Please provide your approver before i sign my final document.

We have been inundated with queries regarding the Shari’ah compliance of Zero Mortgage Canada due to the Chief Officer’s announcement of Zero Mortgage.
Mufti Ebrahim Desai Sahib is an internationally recognized personality in general and in Islamic Finance and Economics as well.
It is possible that Zero Mortgage’s announcement of Mufti Ismail Desai (son of Mufti Ebrahim Desai Sahib) as their Chief Shari’ah advisor has been misunderstood as Mufti Ebrahim Desai Sahib being the Chief Shari’ah advisor of Zero Mortgage.
When the name Mufti Desai is used without the first name, it generally refers to Mufti Ebrahim Desai Sahib. You are advised to seek clarity as to which Mufti Desai is being referred to.
Mufti Ebrahim Desai has not seen the contract of Zero Mortgage and has not approved it.
