We are expecting our 3rd son inshallah. Is Xavier a good Muslim boys name? I have looked online and it appears to have Arabic origins and is reported to mean bright. I would appreciate you guidance inshallah.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The name Xavier has  a Christian origin in it.[1] Therefore, you should choose an alternative name, such as Abdullah or Abdur Rahman.
