Answer :
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh. It is Wajib to don the Ihraam when passing the Miqaat. If one did not make an intention of Umrah and passed the Miqaat without Ihraam, one has to pay a penalty (damm) of slaughtering a goat or sheep in the Haram area. Accordingly, you and your husband will have to slaughter two goats or sheep in the Haram area for going to the Haram of Makkah without donning the Ihraam at the Miqaat. You do not have to make Tawaf al widaa when travelling from Khamees to Pakistan. And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best Mufti Ebrahim Desai.
