Question Detail:

Is it valid(jaaiz) to declare that "I have read and agree with terms and conditions " or just simply I" agree with terms and conditions",  of any website when creating account etc without reading them ?
because majority i think declare it without reading
and if we are creating 5-6 accounts on different sites ,its very difficult to read all of their terms and conditions

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
You may declare “I agree with the terms and conditions” without reading them. By declaring that you agree to the terms and conditions, you will now be bound to follow them.
