Im confused because of the problem between the work of tabligh and tassawwuf. In our markaz they are making a big problem with a sheikh who is now alhamdulilla introduced tassawwuf to most of the places.they say he has started it without our permission.  Is it compusory for a shiekh to ask anyone's mashoora to do majalis or is it only his sheikh's khilafath enough.  Please grant me a clarification.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In principle, the programs in a Masjid are controlled by the management of the Masjid. This is to ensure the smooth sailing and efficiency of the affairs of the Masjid. 
If there are no controls in the programs of the Masjid, that will lead to maladministration. Every person would want to invite a lecturer of his choice to address the people. The lecturer might not conform to Shari’ah and Sunnah. He may also propagate incorrect beliefs and ideologies. It is the responsibility of the management of the Masjid to safeguard the Masjid from such evils and maladministration. 
We are also duty bound to respect the administration of the Masjid and in fact thank and cooperate with the management of the Masjid for running the affairs of the Masjid. 
In the enquired situation, if the Shaikh wishes to have programs in the Markaz, he should request the administration for permission to do so. The administration may consider or reject the request based on whatever they feel is most suitable according to the interest of the Masjid. If the administration rejects the request, the respected Shaikh should respect that, as that is also among the teachings of Tasawwuf. He may conduct his program elsewhere.
