ALSO IF THEY DO GO WHO IS COMMITTING SIN US OR THEM . also can you tell me what to read to help me clear the morgage. also my partner sends to much money abroad theyb seem to want more and more can you tell me a dua my partner will not understand i dont want to argue with my partner jazakallah.

It is a major sin to engage in an interest bearing loan. It is also a Sharii right to serve ones parents. You should discuss this issue with your husband and adopt a practical way of overcoming your difficulties. Your husband should inform his parents about his commitments and make them understand that he wishes to pay the loan as soon as possible to avoid the curse of Allah due to his interest deal.
