I have been really ill for months. Can you suggest any duas that I can pray? 

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.


May Allah Ta`ala grant you complete shifa. Amin.
A sickness could also be a bounty of Allah in disguise.
قال أخبرني عروة بن الزبير أن عائشة رضي الله عنها زوج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قالت قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما من مصيبة تصيب المسلم إلا كفر الله بها عنه حتى الشوكة يشاكها[1]
Aisha (Radiallahu `anha) narrates from Rasulullah (Salallahu Aleihi Wa Salaam): No muslim is afflicted with any difficulty but Allah will remove [his sins by it] even if it was a thorn that prick him[2].
In another  hadith it is mentioned:
إلا رفعه الله بها درجة و حط عنه بها خطيئة[3]
Allah will elevate his status by it and remove his sins.
 
We recommend the following duas: .
أَذْهِبْ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ , وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي , لا شِفَاءَ إِلا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا[4]
Transliteration:
Azhabil ba`sa  rabbannas washfi anta shshafi la shifa`a illa shifauka shifa`an la yugadiru saqama.
Translation:
Remove the pain, O Lord of the people. Heal, for You are the Healer, and Yours is the true cure - a cure that will not leave behind any sickness.[5] 
Also[6]: 
ضع يدك على الذي يألم من جسدك وقل : بسم الله ثلاثا ، وقل سبع مرات : أعوذ بعزة الله وقدرته من شر ما أجد وأحاذر[7] 
Place your hand on the  place of your pain  and say three times “Bismillah” and seven times:  
Transliteration:
 A’uzu billahi wa qudratihi min sharri maa ajidu wa ‘uhaaziru.
Translation:
I seek refuge in Allah and His power from all that I feel or fear.
