1) How do we purify things in which water cannot flow off from such as the floor if impurity comes on it.
2) If the bath room floor is wet but it does not form a puddle, would 1 drop of an impurity impurify the whole bathroom?

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
1. In order to remove any impurity from the floor, pour water over the soiled area and use a cloth or sponge to absorb the impurity. This procedure should be done three times and each time the cloth or sponge should be washed before its next use.[1]
2. If one drop of impurity falls on the bathroom floor, it will not render the entire bathroom floor as impure. One should wash off only that portion of the floor which became impure.
