How do I deal with urine drops?

Question Detail:

my question is that whenever i go to bathroom for toilet i take the taharath and then clean with tissue paper as i think some urine may b left out and even after coming from bathroom when i rub the tissue after 5 mins there will b some very little wetness  in the tissue wen i rub with tissue so i want to ask is it necessary to rub with tissue after taking taharath with water or is it not necessary if verylittle amount of urine is lefr out. i dont know what othrs do

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Once you relieve yourself and all the urine is out, simply pour water on your private part. There is no need to wipe the wetness with tissue or even test if there’s wetness left by damping the tissue.

( كما ) ينقض ( لو حشا إحليله بقطنة وابتل الطرف الظاهر ) هذا لو القطنة عالية أو محاذية لرأس الإحليل وإن متسفلة عنه لا ينقض وكذا الحكم في الدبر والفرج الداخل ( وإن ابتل ) الطرف الداخل لا  ينقض (در المختار ج1 ص148 سعيد)
" المحيط " توضأ فرأى بللا سائلا من ذكره أعاد وضوءه وإن لم يعلم ما هو مضى على صلاته لأنه من وساوس الشيطان وينضح فرجه بالماء لتحليله عليه وفي (البناية ج1 ص170 حقانية)
