Answer :

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh
Zakat is paid at 2 ½ % on the full amount, Nisab and the extra amount.
And Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
