1)if the charity (zakaat)is given to close relative is it necessary to inform that person that it is zakaat ?or is it fine to do niyat and give?
2)what are the faraiz and wajibaath and sunaah in namaz?like it is farz tht body should be clean n place should b clean etc etc.plz describe it.n also wen to do sajda sahw?

Answer :

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
1) If your close relatives are not owners of nisab, then it is preferable to give zakat to them. It is not necessary to inform them that it is zakat money being given. In fact, it may be preferable not to inform them since some people may feel ashamed to accept zakat money. The niyah for zakat should be made and you should give the money to your close relatives as hadyah.
هي تمليك المال من فقير مسلم غير هاشمي ، ولا مولاه بشرط قطع المنفعة عن المملك من كل وجه لله......... وأفاد بقوله بشرط أن الدفع إلى أصوله وإن علوا وإلى فروعه ، وإن سفلوا وإلى زوجته وزوجها وإلى مكاتبه ليس بزكاة كما سيأتي مبينا وأشار إلى أن الدفع إلى كل قريب ليس بأصل ولا فرع جائز ، وهو مقيد بما في الولوالجية رجل يعول أخته أو أخاه أو عمه فأراد أن يعطيه الزكاة فإن لم يفرض القاضي عليه النفقة جاز ؛ لأن التمليك بصفة القربة يتحقق من كل وجه ، وإن فرض عليه النفقة لزمانته إن لم يحتسب من نفقتهم جاز ، وإن كان يحتسب لا يجوز
