Will i get any sin if my office staff uses te office wifi to watch or download movies in their cell phones

Answer :

Brother in Islaam,

If you are aware that your staff are watching movies and you are able to restrict the usage of the Wi-Fi, then you will be responsible for not affecting the restriction.

You may consider discussing the issue with them or setting up a proxy to restrict the usage^[1].
