i would like to ask that can i earn money by registering at sources that pay for clicking adds?these adds are not from actual companies.its like a non genuine traffic generation at their websites .
similarly i would like to ask if i could join paid emails sources wherein i get paid for following links in emails.

We are not clear on the concept that you are referring to in the query, however we are aware of the concept called "Pay-Per-Click" (commonly referred to as PPC). What is the difference between the two concepts? Please explain in detail.
