Doubts over Wudhu and Ghusl

Question Detail:

i am extremley doubtful person i had always doubt regarding my wudhu and ghusl i always feels i had missed something in wudhu and ghusal after compelete it i had perform my hajj and performs all thing step by step i had no doubt at that time but after that sometimes a doubt came in my mind wheteher i had done wudhu and ghusl compelety or i had missed something at the time of Tawaf-e-Ziyarah i am aslo not sure about my wudhu and ghusl i try to remember but i cant so is there any DAMM will be due upon me with this doubt and my wife will be halal for me kindly advice me i am littel bit dissapoint and feelling too much stress and worry.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Rasūlullah (صلي الله عليه وسلم) advised us that there is a Shaytan for everything. There is also a Shaytan for Wudhu to distract us from our Wudhu. We should ignore the waswasas of and focus on our responsibilities.
In the inquired case, you do not have to pay Damm and your wife is halal for you.
We advise you consult your physician for diagnosis and medication. We are hopeful that appropriate medication will help alleviate your disorder.

(قوله: شك في بعض وضوئه) أي شك في ترك عضو من أعضائه (قوله: وإلا لا) أي وإن لم يكن في خلاله بل كان بعد الفراغ منه وإن كان أول ما عرض له الشك أو كان الشك عادة له؛ وإن كان في خلاله فلا يعيد شيئا قطعا للوسوسة منه كما في التتارخانية وغيرها (قوله: غسل رجله اليسرى) قال في الفتح: ولا يخفى أن المراد إذا كان الشك بعد الفراغ. وقياسه أنه لو كان في أثناء الوضوء يغسل الأخير؛ كما إذا علم أنه لم يغسل رجليه عينا وعلم أنه ترك فرضا مما قبلهما وشك في أنه ما هو يمسح رأسه
