Does the smell of deodorant break ones fasr? Question Detail:
This concerns about the validity of my fast and forgiveness, these are two questions and inshallaah you can provide me with answers.
The first concerns deodorant. Now I've used one and I did so in a manner that I sprayed it directly near my armpits, underneath my shirt. To my best of knowledge I haven't directly inhaled or swallowed the white vapour coming from it. However, considering I am someone who was in the hospital for asthma once, I sometimes have a severe reaction to any form of smoke. My fear is that I still inhaled some particles by sniffing my armpits or the area in general but I cannot be absolutely sure nor recall if I 'tasted' it, I am now in a state where I am in doubt, I cannot edge to being certain that I did inhale/swallow vapour or not and so have broken my fast.
The second is that I've reacted in a harsh way to someone who was rephrimanding me for something that was helal but he said haram, I stormed off with a few harsh words but the day after, I approached him and wanted to apologize sincerely for acting out. He on the other hand, was being rather snide and "Thanked" me for insulting his pride or whatsoever, I merely backed off without a word to prevent a situation. Is this the correct way of being forgiven by Allah SWT himself, considering I put in the first step and it is up to him to accept it or not, even if I came first and we both had errors in our approach?

The smell of the deodorant does not invalidate the fast.
You did the right thing by apologizing for your rude conduct. You did what you suppose to do. Do not focus on the reaction of the person.
