I did umra recently my frat question I went to Mecca for 6 days then went to madina but I did not do alvidah twaaaf has I came back to Mecca again for 6 days after visiting madina Then I did alvidah twaaaf bef I went to Jeddah my question is do I need to give dam Bec I did not do alvidah after leaving Mecca Whn I went to madina but I came bck to Mecca again Sec Whn completing umra the lady had to cut her hair first then other person but I made mistake I fitted my motherinlaw first then she cutter mine do I have to give Dam for that Bec I was told lady has to have her hair cut then her umra is complete then she can cut other lady her please let me now I live in U.K.
If I need to give Dam how much please let me now Had in worried people say all kind of things that I should have done alvidah Whn leaving Mecca But I came bck to mecca then went bck to my country Then I didn't cut my hair but I cutted other which I should have done mine first then other please brother sisters let me now if I had done mistake how much Dam I have to give I live in U.K. How much I can't give goat in here I mean like they do it pskistan make it Zabah please let me now Allah hafiz
Answer :
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh
Tawaf widaa is compulsory in haj, not in Umra. There is no dam for not doing tawaf widaa in Umra.[1]
When one has completed the Umra, he/she can remove the hair of another person before removing one’s own hair.[2]

واما واجباتها : فسشيئان:السعى بين الصفا والمروة ، والحلق أو التقصير ، فاما طواف الصدر فلا يجب عل المعتمر(بدائع الصنائع،3/303,دار الكتب العلمية)
الا على اهل مكة، افاد وجوبه على كل حا ج آفاقي مفرد او متمتع او قارن بشرط كونه مدركا مكلفا غير معذور ،فلا يجب عل المكي و لا على المعتمر مطلقا،(حاشية ابن عابدين ،3/622,دار المعرفة)
