Salam Iv received a safeguarding referral for a client whose son provides her with interment personal care He informs us that he has consulted with elders of the Muslim community in relation to providing this personal care for his mother and has been told that if he believes the care provided by others does not meet her religious and cultural needs then he has a duty to care for her. Mum has lacks capacity to refuse , she is on a hospital ward where nursing are around to provide the care Can you state if according to religion this is permissible
