In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh It is haraam (forbidden) to take an oath in the name of other than Allah, such as ones mother. Therefore, the oath is not valid. You should do istighfaar and tauba (repentance).
