The generations that followed them followed the belief of their forefathers, not necessarily Islam. How can it be said that they left Islam after having recited the kalma?

The ῾Ulamā have issued the ruling of kufr and Irtidād against Mirzā Ghulām Ahamd Qādiyāni and those who follow his beliefs.
As for how the generations of the Qādiyānīs will be regarded as Murtads.
