IS THE ANYTYPE OF TEST-TUBE BABY PEMISSIBLE IN THE ISLAMIC SHARIAH?? PLEASE INFORM ME DETAILS.

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh
Allah Ta’ala in His absolute knowledge and wisdom has created every person uniquely and differently. A person may supersede others in one aspect of life whilst he falls short in another aspect. Similarly, Allah Ta’ala bestows some people with many children whilst He renders others barren.
 
It is mentioned in the Holy Qurān:
 
لله ملك السماوات والأرض يخلق ما يشاء يهب لمن يشاء إناثا ويهب لمن يشاء الذكور - أو يزوجهم ذكرانا وإناثا ويجعل من يشاء عقيما إنه عليم قدير (الشورى 49-50)
 
“To Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and earth. He creates whatever he wishes. He bestows female (offspring) to whomsoever he wishes and bestows male (offspring) to whomsoever he wishes. Or he grants both male and female and he renders barren whomsoever he wishes. Verily, he is All-Knowing and has the power to do anything. (Shurā, verse 49-50)
 
In principle, it is impermissible for one to disturb the natural system of Allah (Ta’ala) if there is no medical defect in one’s wife. However, if there is a medical defect and one’s wife cannot conceive naturally, then some Ulema have permitted other methods of conception with the following conditions:
1. Only the sperm of the husband be used.
2. The couple be treated by their respective genders.
