Question Summary:
I have to constantly make wudū’ because I believe I am always having discharge during salāh.

Question Detail:

I HAVE searched if my Q was andswered, but it hasnt been so i'm submitting it. My query is with regards to discharge and pre seminal fluids. I really cannot differemtiate between them, so how do I know when to make wudhu? Can thoughts actually lead to discharge? or only physical arousal? I have a really REALLY bad problem with this, i literally check if i have discharged between each cycle of rakats and wonder if my wudhu has broken etc. Obviously i try hard not to think about it, but if you're married/ engaged you'll obviously love your spouse right? So thoughts of intimacy always creep into my head, sometimes there arent even any intimate thoughts but i end up thinking what if there was and do wudhu again.
I soend more time remaking wudhu, than actually praying. Like now for example, ive been doing wudhu for just over an hour! Meaning I do wudhu, come to my room and try to clear my thoughts then i check then i doubt myself of having wudhu then i do wudhu again etc etc. I checked if i had broke my wudhu approximately 25 times in one hour and it drives me nuts! I end up crying because i have no other way to express my frustration. Im getting so fed up with this, is there any way i could probably overlook it and just READ without checking etc etc. Or like is there some distinction between normal clear discharge and pre seminal fluid? My theory from analysis is that pre seminal is greater in volume and clear discharge is less. Just as a sidenote, the reason as to why i cannot differentiate is because i constantly secrete discharge and i have been for about 4 years, so i have bern mustahadha for 4 years.
I do subtly think about intimacies like every salah which is most likely shaytaan and i realky cannot ignore it. So please dont tell me just to TRY AND CONCENTRATE cuz ive already attempted that. JazakAllah Khairan for your time and sorry it's such a long predicament. Wassalaam Alaik

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Sister-in-Islam,
It is important to understand that Salāh is an act of worship whereby one is meant to release oneself from the connections of this world and bring all focus towards Allāh Ta`ālā. He the Almighty says in the Holy Qur’ān:
قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ، الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ، وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ اللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ
Successful indeed are the believers. Those who offer their Salat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that Allah has forbidden).  [Al-Qur’ān, 23:1-3]
It is clear from your query that Shaytān is trying his best to distract you from your Salāh and avert you from gaining Allāh’s proximity by weakening your morale and convincing you that you “cannot ignore it.” By giving into Shaytān and accepting defeat, he has further forced you to make one of the most cherished acts of worship into a stressful task that plunges you into anxiety and leaves you with absolute discomfort five times a day.
It is our humble advice that before each Salāh, you pool your thoughts together, relax your inner self, and simply let yourself submerge into the realm of Salāh without paying heed to anything that crosses your mind. While doing so, make a firm resolve to practice on the following:
1)     Instead of forcing yourself to rid yourself of such thoughts, let your mind go and do not let apprehension overtake you. Throughout your Salāh, keep focus on the words you are reciting and the fact that you are standing in front of your Lord. Even if such thoughts plague your mind during Salāh, let them flow in and out without forcing yourself to breakdown just so you can overcome them. Once you learn to relax your mind and let such thoughts flow freely, your mind will slowly drift away from these thoughts, and you will be able to connect yourself with Allāh Ta`ālā.
2)     Instead of checking for wetness every other minute, make wudū’ and perform your Salāh without paying any heed to whether you may or may not have broken your wudū’.[1] Rid yourself of all doubts and finish your prayer without delving on such matters. In order to aid you in overcoming such thoughts, you should sprinkle an ample amount of water around your private parts after making wudū’. This way, even if your mind forces you to believe that you have broken your wudū’, you can easily assume that such wetness is just due to the water that you sprinkled and not due to any other reason.[2]
3)     Frequently recite the following du`ā’ and focus on the meanings of these words:
لاَ حَوْلَ وَ لاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِالله‏‏
Transliteration: Laa hawla wa laa quwwata illah billah
Translation: There is no might or power except with Allah.
