Question Detail:

A lot of Naatkwan say in there Naat "hum ko bulana ya rasullallah" is this permissible

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The statement in reference means, “Call us O Rasullah!” (Meaning, to Madinah)
The permissibility of the statement in reference is based on the intention of the one saying it. If one utters such a statement with the intention that Nabi sallaAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam has ‘ilm ul ghaib (knowledge of the unseen) then this will be shirk. If one says the statement out of love with the intention that Allah will convey this request to Rasulullah sallaAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam who will in turn make du‘a for the person to come to Madinah, it will be permissible. However, it is disliked to say such statements in public, though in poetry, as it may corrupt the beliefs of the masses.[1]
