Is my income Halaal (Working as a risk advisor)

First and for most, I hope you're reading this message in the best of health. My question today is regarding my livelihood. I recently joined a big firm and was wondering if my earnings are halal or not.
I work in Risk Advisory, in the structured finance side and part of my job is to check and confirm interest rates on loans that have ALREADY been issued. Being an auditor I'm just confirming these rates and making corrections (if any needed) but am not sure if it's halal for me to do so or not?
Please let me know if you need anymore information on the matter and I would gladly explain in more detail.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Your sensitivity to earning Halal is indeed commendable. May Allah Ta’āla grant you Halaal and wholesome income. Aameen
At the outset, you did not state what the core business of your company is.
You stated that you are a risk advisor and part of your job is to check and confirm interest rates on approved loans.
Confirming an interest rate is not part of the interest bearing transaction.[1]
However, as Muslims, we are averse to any link to interest, especially if the core of the company is providing interest bearing loans.
You may inform us of further details of your company and dealings and we will advise you further.

قلت: وقدمنا ثمة معزيا للنهر أن ما قامت المعصية بعينه يكره بيعه تحريما، وإلا فتنزيها، فليحفظ توفيقا (و) جاز تعمير كنيسة و (حمل خمر ذمي) بنفسه أو دابته (بأجر) لا عصرها لقيام المعصية بعينه. الدر المختار شرح تنوير الأبصار وجامع البحار (ص: 661)

 (وبيعُ العصيرِ ممَّن يتَّخذُ خمراً)، فإنَّ المعصيةَ لا تقومُ بعينِ العصير، بخلافِ بيعِ السِّلاحِ ممَّن يعلمُ أنَّهُ من أهلِ الفتنة، فإنّ المعصيةَ تقومُ بعينِه.

(وحملُ خمرِ ذميٍّ بأجر)، هذا عند أبي حنيفة -رضي الله عنه -، وعندهما: لا يجوز، ولا يحلُّ له الأجر، (وإجارةُ بيتٍ بالسَّوادِ ليتَّخذَ بيتَ نارِ أو كنيسةٍ أو بيعة، أو يباعُ فيه الخمر)، هذا عند أبي حنيفةَ -رضي الله عنه -لتحلُّلِ فعلِ الفاعلِ المختار، وقالا: لا يجوز، وإنَّما قيَّدَ بالسَّواد؛ لأنَّهُ لا يجوزُ في الأمصارِ اتِّفاقا ً نهاية النقاية على شرح الوقاية (151/5)
