I did nikkah over the phone overseas on 1st April 2010 without asking my family and had a friend who was my wakeel on my behalf.I was still in Australia and i gave her divorce over the phone on 10 OCT 2010 before we met each other in anger.Now i realised that i did a mistake.I wana get marry again with her.I really love her.i cant stay without her.She is happy to get marry with me and even her family have no issues with me.
My question is
If we will get marry,is she have to go for Halala ? I am so confused that what will be the way to get marry.I dnt wana take any step without guidance.Can you please help me out ASAP so i can go ahead.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
You state you married secretly over the phone and your parents did not know and probably do not know of the marriage till now.
You also state you made a mistake by giving her a divorce.
What about the mistake of marrying secretly and not informing your parents. A loyal son will always consider the feelings of his parents and be open to them. Imagine the feelings of your parents when they know how you cheated on them and didn’t even inform them on such an important aspect of your life.
