My question is, my parents wants to talk with my kids which I dont like, can I tell my parents not to talk? does that come under disobeying my parents?

You have not clearly mentioned the reason as to why you do not desire for your parents to speak to your children. If you had mentioned details regarding this issue, we would have been in a better position to assist you in the matter.
Nevertheless, it is important to understand that grandchildren bring utmost joy and happiness to their grandparents. Grandchildren are very beloved and close to the hearts of their grandparents. Preventing one’s parents from any kind of interaction with their grandchildren will upset them and hurt their feelings. One should always endeavour to bring happiness to his/her parents and never do anything that will be a means of creating ill feelings in their parents towards them.
In preventing your parents from speaking to your children, this may be a means of breaking ties and relations with your parents which will be detrimental for the obvious reasons. You should ask yourself as to how would you feel if one day your children does not wish for you to speak to your grandchildren?
Lastly, if there are any valid reasons for your question then you may limit the interaction between your parents and children.
