Father not providing adequately for daughter

i am 22 years old girl my father is a cruel person he did not pay my expenses and not to give me proper dite sometime he give me food and sometime not.he didnot give me permission to do some job so that i would pay my expenses by myself.... what should i do now please guide me?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Sister in Islam,
We are sorry to hear of your predicament. In principle, it is necessary for a father to support his daughter with the basic necessities of life e.g. adequate food, shelter and clothing till she gets married. [1]
You mentioned that your father does not give you enough food to eat and nor does he allow you to earn an income. According to our understanding in a normal situation no father would deliberately deprive his daughter from a basic necessity such as food. Maybe your father is going through financial difficulties and is stopping you from going out to earn so that you do not violate the laws of hijab.
We advise you to discuss the matter with your father or alternatively with some senior members of your family to intervene and amicably resolve the problem. As a principle, if a woman is not supported for her basic needs and there is no alternate support system, she will be excused to work. In doing so, she will have to strictly adhere to the laws of hijab.

] [1] (وتجب) النفقة بأنواعها على الحر (لطفله) يعم الأنثى والجمع (الفقير) الحر، فإن نفقة المملوك على مالكه والغني في ماله الحاضر؛ فلو غائبا فعلى الأب ثم يرجع إن أشهد لا إن نوى إلا ديانة؛ فلو كانا فقيرين فالأب يكتسب أو يتكفف وينفق عليهم، ولو لم يتيسر أنفق عليهم القريب [(قوله بأنواعها) من الطعام والكسوة والسكنى (الرد المحتار ج3 ص612 سعيد)
] (وكذا) تجب (لولده الكبير العاجز عن الكسب) كأنثى مطلقا [(قوله كأنثى مطلقا) أي ولو لم يكن بها زمانة تمنعها عن الكسب فمجرد الأنوثة عجز إلا إذا كان لها زوج فنفقتها عليه ما دامت زوجة (الرد المحتار ج3 ص614 سعيد)
