Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātuh.
There is no prohibition in the Sharī‘ah to hunt birds during the breeding season. However, if the law of the country forbids hunting during this season, it must be avoided.[1]
