Question Detail:

I want to know the status of following ahadees and their Takhreej . Hadith says like this : "He who read/recite Surah alif-laam-meem sijda and Surah Mulak between Maghrib and Eisha , it is like he done QIYAAM ( ebadat) in Lailatul qadar" and another one says like this : "He who recite these two surahs,He will get sawab equals to ebadat done in lailtul qadar".(kaza pil mazahir) [These ahadthi are written in Faail e aamaal , section Faail e Quran ,khatima , hadith no 4 ( fazail of surah mulak ) tashreeh ]

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Here under are the ahadith in reference:
وَأَخْرَجَ ابْنُ مَرْدَوَيْهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ قَرَأَ تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَ الم تَنْزِيلُ السَّجْدَةِ، بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَامَ لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ. وَأَخْرَجَ ابْنُ مَرْدَوَيْهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ . 
Translation: Rasulullah Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: The person who recites Surah Mulk and Surah Sajdah between maghrib and esha is as though he worshipped Allah Taala on the night of laylatul qadar (night of power).(Tafseer Fathul Qadeer 4/284 Dar Ibn Katheer)
وَأخرج ابْن مرْدَوَيْه عَن ابْن عمر رَضِي الله عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُول الله صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم من قَرَأَ {تبَارك الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْملك} و {الم تَنْزِيل} السَّجْدَة بَين الْمغرب وَالْعشَاء الْآخِرَة فَكَأَنَّمَا قَامَ لَيْلَة الْقدر
Translation: Rasulullah Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam said: The person who recites Surah Mulk and Surah Sajdah between maghrib and esha is as though he worshipped Allah Taala on the night of laylatul qadar (night of power).(Durul Manthoor 6/535 Darul Fath)

[1] ورواه اسماعيل بن عياش فيما اخرجه ابن الضريس فى الفضائل من حديثه عن اسماعيل بن رافع عن اسحاق بن عبد الله بن ابي فروة رفعه بلفظه من قرأ الم تنزيل و تبارك الذي بيده الملك في يوم وليلة فكانما وافق ليلة القدر و هذا معضل مع ضعف سنده أيضا. (الاجوبة المرضية ج1 ص461 دار االرية)
تنبيه: شروط رواية الحديث الضعيف و العمل به: لم يذكر ابن الصلاح و المصنف هنا و في سائر كتبه لما ذكر سوى هذا الشرط و هو كونه فى الفضائل و نحوها و ذكر شيخ الاسلام لها ثلاثة شروط احدها ان يكون الضعف غير شديد...الثانى ان يندرج تحت أصل معمول به الثالث ان لا يعتقد عند العمل به ثبوته بل يعتقد الاحتياط (تدريب الراوى ج1 ص456 دار ابن الجوزى)
