My Question is what is the best Surah or Duaa to recite for more beauty and confidence? I know makeup and skin stuff is not good to use, but I do and I want to stop. Thats why I want to ask which Surah or Duaa is best to make for my problem? 

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātuh.
Allah Ta‘ālā has made it natural for women to want to beautify and adorn themselves. The Qur’an refers to women as “those who are brought up in ornaments.” (43:18) It is permissible for women to enhance their beauty using make-up and beauty products, on condition that the ingredients of these products are from pure and permissible substances and that such adornment is not displayed in front of non-mahram men. A woman should reserve her beauty for her husband. As long as her husband finds her attractive, she should not be concerned with how others judge her looks.
Allah Ta‘ālā bestowed people with different degrees of beauty and wealth according to His wisdom. However, He makes it clear that He does not look at a person’s looks or wealth but rather at their hearts and deeds, and that is what they will be judged on. Rasūlullāh (sallAllāhu ‘alayhi wasallam) said:
إن الله لا ينظر إلى صوركم وأموالكم ولكن ينظر إلى قلوبكم وأعمالكم
“Verily, Allah does not look at your forms, nor your wealth, but He looks at your hearts and deeds.” (Sahīh Muslim)[1]
Hence, try not to be fixated on how you appear in the eyes of people. Develop a strong bond with Allah Ta‘ālā and His Deen, adopt the means He has made lawful for you in this world, and be grateful to Him for what He has given you. Make the pleasure of Allah Ta‘ālā the main focus of your life. That is the key to confidence.
You may recite the following du‘ā’:
اللهم كما حسنت خلقي فحسن خلقي
Allaahumma kamaa hassanta khalqee fahassin khuluqee
“O Allah! Just as You have beautified my form, so beautify my character.”
