Answer :
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
It is permissible to write and compile incidents (stories) of real life events on condition that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. Writing and publishing fictitious incidents will not be permissible if:
One creates an impression that the incident is true.
It is pure entertainment and pass time and there is no benefit whatsoever.
If the writing does not create a wrong impression of it being a real life incident and there is some benefit in such writing for example, the story conveys a good moral etc, then it is permissible.[1]
There is no restriction in naming the characters according to non-Muslim names.
