My wife and I have been apart for a few months, are there any repercussions on our nikah with us being apart this long? What period would affect our nikah?

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
 
This time apart has no repercussions on your nikah and your nikah is intact. Similarly, mere prolonged distance does not affect one’s nikah.[1]
