Question Summary: Company investing in a pension scheme Question Detail:
My father worked in a company for 20 years. A percentage of his wages each month went towards a pension scheme. The company matched my father's contribution. For example if my father gave 3% the company would match that and also contribute 3%. This scheme was optional. If someone was not part of the scheme then the company did not make any contributions. My father has now retired and receives a pension. Is this pension permissible or impermissible.
