Question Detail:

Its been one and a half year to my marriage. soon after my marriage, my mother in law started building pressure on us to visit doctor regarding conception. Dr recommended me laparoscopy. Alhamdulillah everything is fine. my husband's test is also clear.

can you give me a wazifa for conception?

Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Allāh Ta’ālā is the Creator and Controller of the entire universe. All decisions are passed by One Allāh Ta’ālā. He is the one who grants health, wealth, family, children, and every blessing man enjoys in this world.
You state that you wish to be blessed by Almighty Allāh with children. You also state that you and your husband have been examined and everything is normal Alhamdulillah. Thank Allāh Ta’ālā for this great bounty. The more one thanks Allāh Ta’ālā, Allāh Ta’ālā increases his Ni’māts and bounties upon the person. Allāh Ta’ālā says in the Qurān:
 
 لَئِنْ شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ (سورة إبراهيم، رقم الآية 7)
If you are thankful, I will increase for you. (Qurān 14:7)
 
Furthermore, concentrate upon the meaning of the following verse and recite at least once after every Salāh:
 
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا (سورة الفرقان، رقم الآية 74)
Our Sustainer, Grant us the coolness of our eyes from our spouses and children, and make us leaders of the pious.” (Qurān 25:74)
 
Also on a daily basis, recite the following Duā abundantly. This Duā was recited by Hadhrat Mūsā Alaihissalām and His needs were fulfilled by Almighty Allāh. The Duā is as follows:
 
رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ (سورة القصص، رقم الآية 24)
O My Rabb! Indeed I am needy of whatever good you bestow on me. (Qurān 28:24) 
 
After carrying out the above-mentioned A’māl, have belief that Allāh will do whatever is best for you. Be pleased with whatever Allāh Ta’ālā decides for you. In this is your success in this world as well as in the Hereafter.
We ask Allāh Ta’ālā to grant you pious offspring. Amīn.
